The thermal relief attaches to the pump assembly and helps to control the temperature. This part is an OEM sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in DeWALT pressure washers. It is available as an individual replacement part and is made of metal. When replacing this part a wrench and a set of pliers might be required during the installation process. It will need to be replaced if it allows the temperature in the pump to get too high.
