Makita Drill Spindles

Service change : This spindle has been changed because of a tendency to crack or break. The threaded section has been reinforced with more metal. Because of this change, there is no longer a threaded hole to accommodate a chuck screw. When installing this new spindle, simply thread the chuck on normally. Regular use will ensure a tight, secure fit without a screw present.

This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Makita impact drivers. The special spindle is used to drive the screwdriver bits. This spindle assembly is available as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for associative parts.
