Removed the parts necessary to get to the drive pulley. The drive pulley key came out because the pulley was damaged. I replaced the key, drive pulley and the belt. It is necessary to use a clamp to stretch the belt enough to get the pulley on the shaft. I watched this process on YouTube to know how to use the clamp. I also had a blade screw work loose. ( guess I got distracted and didn\'t tighten it enoiugh when I changed the blades. This caused the blade cover plate to bend and break the blade. I replaced the blade and cover plate. My DW735 is now working fine. Thank you for having in stock the belts, pulley, Key, and blade cover.
