Planer picked up some soft wood and it broke a blade, bent a blade support and broke the belt.

1) Removed the blade holders, blade retainers and blades,
2) Since I could no longer buy the blades and retainers separately, I bought a complete cutter head assembly. It was easier to swap out the blades, holders and retainers rather than remove the old cutter head to replace the whole assembly,
3) remove blades and retainers and holders from the new cutter assemble and replace them on the in-place cutter head,
4) The only tricky bit is to make sure both blades are set at the same height before you tighten down on the Blade Retainers and Blade Holders.
5) To replace the belt; remove the cover,
5) Remove the belt retainer disk from the driven pulley and replace the belt then the retainer disc,
6) Close up, \"smoke test\" and you are done.
