This is an authentic Senco part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with pneumatic staplers. The rail is part of the magazine assembly and is used to store the staples and guide them toward the nose of the stapler. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
The rail for the staples is made out of plastic of course...well it got brittle and fractured as well as the cable that feeder assembly slides the staples forward\'
