I decided to clean out and replace the seals in the gun. Cleaned all the internal moving parts , replaced all the o-rings and the valve assembly, put it all back together and It works fine now.
Lay out all the new parts and as you remove the one old one replace it with the new one.

Neoprene washer had decayed from valve assembly, disabling my nail gun.
Simply remove allen screws and cap, then lift out valve assembly. remove center mechanism and transfer to new valve assembly, then reassemble. Very easy.
