This ring is an OEM from Porter Cable, that is used in nailers. The metal seat-press ring can bend or break over time and will need replacing. It fits between the o-ring and the cylinder-ring press, and helps to attach other parts to the cylinder. An allen wrench and screwdriver may be needed to perform the installation of the ring. This high-quality part is sold individually.

2. Removed original collar and seat.
3. Installed new collar and seat.
4. Reinstalled cover.

Removed the top cap of the nail gun
Remove all of the parts listed
Cleaned out the entire gun
Installed the part and oiled the interior of the gun

Removed the screws from the top of the nail gun and removed it
Removed the worn ring and collar and installed the new ones
Put the gun back together added some oil, fires like a new gun again
