A genuine OEM approved component which is specially produced for use with Porter Cable nailers and staplers. This replacement o-ring is used to provide an air-tight seal for the cylinder, over time the material may begin to deteriorate and crack eventually requiring replacement. It is a high-quality item which is made of durable rubber and it is sold individually.
Removed the 4 allen screws on the top of the nailer.
Removed the head unit
Removed the hammer assembly
Replaced both O-rings on hammer assembly inner and outer
Replaced outer o- ring on cylinder chamber
Reassembled unit
