I removed the top of the stapler with an allen wrench. The old piston grip had basically disintegrated in the cylinder. I shook out all the pieces and cleaned the inside with a clean rag. Following the diagram, I replaced the piston grip. After replacing the top and tightening the screws I tried the gun. The air leak was fixed.

Cleaned out all the broken pieces and relubricated. Ordered the new parts from ereplacentparts.com.

3- I looked up the parts on eReplacementparts.com (super easy. Bookmark these guys)
4- Ordered the parts and while waiting, cleaned up the nail gun.
5- When parts arrived (on time and exactly what I needed) I installe d the new parts and re-assembled the nail gun
6- Once everything was done, I hooked it up to my compressor and tested it.

Repair was so easy, it would be a beginner level repair job. If I had thee parts on hand it would be under a half hour job.
