The gasket may wear out due to repeated use or exposure to debris or contaminants. If you observe signs of air leaks, inconsistent firing, or damage like cracks or brittleness in the gasket, it is likely that it needs replacement. To replace the gasket, you will need an Allen wrench. Begin by locating the cylinder cap assembly and unthreading the screws securing it in place. Once the cap is removed, you will have access to the gasket. Replace the old gasket with a new one before reattaching the cover. Please keep in mind that this OEM replacement part is sold individually.
