Faulty O Rings

Removed the screws from the top cap and replaced all of the worn o-rings. Cleaned the internal parts of the gun and oiled it. Then installed the top cap back on. Works like a new nail gun now.

Remove nail magazine remove end housings remove trigger assy remove internal parts and lay out in order of removal clean all parts install new o-rings and reassemble in reverse order

Leaking air at trigger

1. Dassemble starting with top to bottom of cylinder.
2. Locate and replace failed o rings (or replace all)
3. Cat everything well with clear synthetic grease.
4. Rassemble bottom to top
5. Use a water filter on your hose to nailer
6. Give nailer 2 or 3 shots of pneumatic oil and shoot two or three nails to lubricate nail gun.
7. Lubricate with pneumatic oil before storing.
