This is a genuine Bostitch replacement part, it is sold individually. The purpose of the N12112 is to secure the Canister Assembly to the Canister Cover Assembly, with the use of the Cover Canister Pin. It is a good idea to check the condition of the Hinge Pin Retainer, as they do have a tendency to deteriorate over time.

1. Cleaned nail gun nose parts of dirt and crud
2. Removed front nose piece
3. Replaced o-ring that supplies air to cylinder/pawl
4. Re-installed front nose piece
5. Replaced o-ring on pawl cylinder
6. Replaced broken pawl spring
7. Oiled all moving parts
