This is an authentic DeWalt replacement part manufactured for use with miter saws. This metal rear guard attaches to the arm of the saw behind the guard. The rear guard is mounted with two screws that are available separately, the rear guard is sold individually.
i removed old guard an installed new one. i had to loosen two screws on front guard to access rear guard
