Remove bearing/ allen cap bolt from saw. The bearing is pressed onto the cap bolt so I soaked in WD 40 to loosen rust. Placed bearing atop of vise (as not to quite contact the cap bolt). Using appropriate sized allen key in socket; tap bolt thru (while old bearing sat atop vise) with a mallet. clean surface of cap bolt with steel wool and spray of WD 40. Thread cap bolt and lock washer back onto miter saw. Line up new bearing to cap bolt and with a block of wood and mallet, tap (press) new bearing into place.
