This is an original Waring part. This Medium Cutting Plate is used on Waring Meat Grinders. This Plate is made of stainless steel and has medium sized holes for grinding meat and other food. This Plate will dull over time. This Plate is commonly purchased with the Cutting Blade (part number 026552), the Coarse Cutting Plate (026553), and the Fine Cutting Plate (026555). No tools are needed to replace this part.
