This is a Waring replacement part directly sourced from the manufacturer for meat grinders. The fine cutting plate goes between the cutting blade and the screw ring. It has small sized holes for grinding meat and food. Over time, the metal plate will become dull and will need replacing. No tools are necessary when replacing this part which is sold individually.
