Removed wheels, one had inter-race of bearing froze on shaft. Tried using several gear pullers but kept slipping off. Almost had to use torch but was finally able to get it moving with vise grips, hammer and lots of penetrating oil. Both shafts were in bad shape. I cleaned the up with a file and sand cloth as best I could and reassembled.
