I used a screwdriver to pry the old bearing out of the hub. Then I placed the new bearing on the hole in the hub, held it in place with the rubber head mallet and used a hammer to bang the mallet and set the bearing in the hub. If I was ro do it again, I would order 2 bearings and replace the bearing on both sides of the hub.

Removed wheels, one had inter-race of bearing froze on shaft. Tried using several gear pullers but kept slipping off. Almost had to use torch but was finally able to get it moving with vise grips, hammer and lots of penetrating oil. Both shafts were in bad shape. I cleaned the up with a file and sand cloth as best I could and reassembled. The new bearings fit perfectly and the job would have only taken a half an hour if the race hadnÆt froze on the shaft.
