Hydrostatic transmission was not repaired correctly by machine shop

1. Tested charge pressure (30 PSI - should be 70-150 PSI) & Implement Circuit (40 PSI vs 700 to 800 psi) 1-1/2 hour setup and test
2. Removed hydro static transmission from tractor (5 hours including major disassembly of tractor)
3. Removed and checked forward and reverse acceleration valves ( 1 was installed backwards)
4. Removed and checked charge pressure and implement pressure valves ( charge valve components were totally missing) Went on line searched for and ordered charge valve components ( 3 hours)
5. Installed minimum shim in new charge valve - reinstalled transmission in tractor (4 hours)
6. Tested charge pressure - re-shim - retest 5x - got pressure to 95 PSI (2 hours )
7. Tested Implement pressure - (175 PSI) installed balance of shim kit on implement valve ( 180 PSI) (2 hours)
8. Finished putting tractor back together (4 hour ) Total time about 24 hours!
