Need help finding your model number?This is an original part from Murray. The metal torsion spring is compatible with many lawn tractor machines. Fitted onto the pivot rod, the spring provides the needed resistance for the deflector assembly to close when needed. The spring is sold individually. A flat head screwdriver and a pair of pliers may be helpful for the removal and replacement.
