A diagram that showed how the belt wraps around the pulleys was printed on the packaging, so there was no guessing. Just lowered the deck, loosened the tension, and put the belt on the pulleys.

I looked at the parts diagram on how to install the belt, there is also one on the package it comes in. All you need to to is loosen the tension on the idler pulley and put it on.

I took off decking and spray some penetrating oil on the nut and let it sit for little while came right off.put new parts on works great.and before I put decking back on I greased the bearings its a lot easier.

Rubber in gas tank disintegrated, belt went bad, pulley had flat spot

1. Dropped mowing deck from machine.
2. Removed old belt from mowing deck.
3. Used impact gun to remove retaining bolt from pulley.
4. Installed new pulley and reinstalled retaining bolt with impact gun.
5. Unbolted break assembly and installed new break assembly.
6. Reinstalled mowing deck under machine and readjusted deck to height.
7. Installed new gas cap.
8. Test ran machine.

Drop deck, pulled battery, pulled steering column. Replaced motion belt, while deck was out replaced drive belt.

Removed belt guard from engine drive pulleys. Removed spring from blade tension lever. Drop blade belt from pulley to get to drive belt. Release tension from drive belt and remove belt. Install new belt and adjust. Install blade belt and control lever spring. Install belt pulley guard.
