I took some flat iron and welded them to the old brackets, redrilled the mounting holes and installed my new wheels. I am an mechanic and have plenty of tools. Nothing to fix what you can get parts for. I also have a machine shop and can rebuild what I can\'t buy new.

On chute I took old chute off and then replaced the new one I took off 1 bolt and nut with socket and replaced it with new chute.
The old wheel was worn out and I moved new wheel to a new hole and adjusted the other wheel to match the new wheel !
