Then remove the nut on top of the mandrel pulley, Then remove the mandrel pulley. Remove the shaft assembly by tapping on it with a rubber mallet until it falls out from inside the mandrel housing. Took old mandrel off (not hard since the guy I got it from used the wrong bolts, only one right bolt was used), I used that bolt to thread the mandrel, had to change pulley since old one was almost stripped out, installed new mandrel then pulley and 3 new blades since the old ones looked like they were original then put on the belt though t that was going to be hard but wasn\'t. Total time about an hour. I got to say that when I ordered the parts the site told me the mandrel would be shipped in 6 to 8 days, I got an email about 6 hours later that my whole order had been shipped and received my order 3 days later. If I need more parts for my lawn tractor I will not use anyone else, ereplacement parts was cheaper then anyone else I found.

The new pulley had the splines that fit over the splines on the mandrel / spindle. The splines on the old one was worn out and wouldn\'t grip the splines on the mandrel I replaced.

This new one has been working perfectly!

Put blade belt around new pulley and just used channel locks to tight the nut down on the pulley (to the mandrel). Then put tension on the blade belt again and she was ready to mow!

Thanks for the FAST shipping too guys!
