1. Separated mower deck from lawn tractor and cleaned both units thoroughly.
2. Removed and replaced tractor mounted idler pulleys, since bearings were noisy.
3. Disassembled mower deck - opted to overhaul blade tower supports (3) to clean and renew lubrication. RECOMMEND REPLACING THESE PARTS AS A UNIT, instead of overhaul.
... Read more 4. Bearing failure had caused hole in deck-mounted pivot support bracket for belt tensioner to become elongated - opted to do nothing at this time.
5. Replacement pulley on pivot support was not sized to accept 7/16\" dia bolt!!! Hardened spacer washer hole was too small as well. Re purposed another bolt from the ordered parts, and added washers as necessary to allow pulley to track properly without binding against the tensioner arm.
6. Removed and replaced other pulleys and hardware (these replacement parts were identical to the removed ones).
7. Installed new belt as per diagram on belt slip cover.
8. Reinstalled mower deck underneath the lawn tractor.

1. Removed mower deck.
2. Removed drive pulleys and idler pulleys replaced with new pulleys.
3. Installed new bell crank drive, springs, clutch anti rotation bracket.
4. Installed mower deck and deck drive belt.

Bearings in my Pulley Idler froze up and caused the pulley to break the bolt in half and fall off the mower deck.
Removed the mower deck from my tractor. There were rough edges on the pulley platform which I smoothed out then just assembled the pulley system and put the deck back on my tractor. Mows as good as new.

Needed to replace bolt that was going striped underneath chassis holding a pulley wheel. Had to loosened up chassis from frame and lift up to pull old one and replace with new one and reverse putting
Used your schematic for husvarna repair parts. Found what was need ordered them parts and came in quick. Had ordered some cutting blades also. So when I finished the hard part here comes the FedEx guy with my cutting blades perfect timing.
