This is an authentic Toro replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with snowthrowers. The metal washer is commonly used to disperse pressure put on the auger housing by the nut that fastens the chute retainer across a wider surface area. This bolt is sold individually.
Removed the mower deck.
Removed right hand wheel well/instrument control panel panel with torx screw driver.
Jacked the front of the z mower up.
Used 7/16 socket to remove and replace pully.
Let the jack down and removed it.
Reinstalled the mower deck.
Replaced the shoulder bolt and washer on steering

Reinstalled the right hand panel using a torx screwdriver.
1. Removed the rear access panel.
2. Disconnected the primer tube.
3. Removed the carburetor.
4. Disconnected the throttle cable and removed governor plate (disconnected spring).
5. Opened the carburetor (removed lower pan).
6. Removed all old gaskets and installed new ones.
7. Connected primer t

8. Reinstalled governor plate and throttle cable.
9. Re-installed carburetor (and connected other end of primer tube)
10. Re-installed access panel.
11. Replaced various rusted screws on control panel and at front of the blower body.
