Easy to swap out, better design.
This wheel is an upgrade from the stock version that the lawn mower was sold with. The old version has a funnel shaped "neck" that the attaching screw fastens to the mower. The engineering of the old wheel creates a fulcrum for extra weight and pressure from steering the mower. This newer model removes all of those challenges and should last longer than the stock wheel.

I was able to repair my equipment using only a socket wrench. There were no special instruction, it only took me about five minutes to complete the task. Removed the old wheel and attached the new one.

Remove the hub cap, nut and washer. Slide the old wheel off of the shaft , then slide the new wheel on. Replace the washer, tighten the nut and replace the hub cap.

Installed the new wheel on the shaft, then replaced the washer, tightened the nut and replaced the hub cap.
