This is a genuine replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The engine pulley is commonly found in Craftsman lawn tractors and riding mowers. This part is made of metal, and is used in conjunction with the belt to transfer power from the engine to the machine. You will require a wrench when replacing this item. The engine pulley is sold as an individual replacement part.

Easy repair. Part was the exact one that was removed
Everything arrived as it should have. Repair went fairly quick and the machine works as it should. I recommend anyone to use ereplacement parts. I’ve used them several times and they always seem to have it in stock. I do however have issues with the way Fed ex delivers things but it has nothing to do with the products.

Fairly Easy Repair
Rec'd Idler Pulley sooner than I expected. Would have been easier to replace if I'd had help. I'm a 61 year old woman, but there's not much I can't do. I'm Happily Satisfied with the Pulley, how Quickly it arrived, how easy it was to repair. Thank you, so much!

Idler arm wore bushing until idler pulley hit frame and stopped turning. Pulley was melted by turning belt and stopped moving machine.

Put zero turn on cinder blocks to get higher up to replace pulley ,. Took lots of time removing it. IGÇÖm a woman and had help from a good friend that was 70 years old. Together we removed old part and replaced new idler pulley. Then replaced belt. Mower still didnGÇÖt move forward or in reverse. We didnGÇÖt know how belt went on so I sou

I used google and you tube, with little to no help on my zero turn. Lots of information on there. It didnGÇÖt help with my problem. I bet I know how to replace if this ever happens again. Sure hope it doesnGÇÖt. A younger man could of done this work in no time at all.
Removed the electric clutch on bottom of engine that drives the deck. Installed new transmission belt then replaced the clutch. Removed the idler pulley and replaced with new on. Removed the spring on the tensioner pulley and installed new belt then put spring back on and that was it.
Removed the old bearing and replaced it with the new. Lubed up the new one and the area as well. Replaced the drive belt as a precaution as I was already under there and had things apart.
Take the spring off of the top part of the idler arm. Slide an open end wrench between the top of the idler arm and the frame to hold the top nut. Then I used an air impact to take the bolt out. I also used it to reinstall because the bolt is very long. About 3 1/2GÇ¥. You can do it with just a ratchet but it will take a while. It is also
