Put new pulley on, put new blades on, greased all fittings,, attached deck with pins, put on main mower belt, level mower, and was cutting grass in a couple hours,,,all the parts matched up great!

1. Removed mower deck.
2. Disassembled mandrel pulley, blade & mandrel mounting hardware.
3. Reassembled in reverse. Used anti-seize on the mtg hardware & greased the mandrel.

I installed the new mandrel assembly and deck pulley then reinstalled the mower drive belts. The only difficulty was reattaching the tensioning spring. This required loosening of the tension adjustment bolt sufficiently to reattach the spring then retightening the bolt.

1. Removed blade
2. Removed plastic pulley cover
3. Loosened serpentine belt system
4. Removed pulley nut and removed pulley
5. Removed the 4 bolts holding the mandrel assembly.
6. Do every step backwards to put it all back together.

Top and bottom bearing on mower shaft ground to pulp

I removed the deck from the tractor, took off the connecting belts, removed the blade,
pulleys from the shaft. The shaft housing was then removed with the shaft, a tap with the hammer removed the shaft. I then called E-replacement parts for a new part.
The new part was of better construction, it had a grease zerk for lubrica tion.
I put it all back together in reverse, and it runs great.
