1. Unbolt front wheel assembly from mower body.
2. Remove bolt from assembly, noting original washer placement.
3. Remove broken adjuster plate from wheel assembly. You may have to cut/remove the old adjuster grip in order to slide plate out of assembly. Note orientation of the plate\'s curve.
4. Insert new adjuster plat

5. After new adjuster plate is in the wheel assembly, slide adjuster grip over the end of the adjuster plate. The hole in the grip goes over the locking tab side of the plate.
6. Bolt the front wheel assembly back onto the mower body, matching the original washer placement.
7. Align adjuster tab with desired height adjustment notch on mower body. Lubricate as necessary for ease of wheel height adjustment.

The wheel height adjustment for the front wheels failed.
This was an old Honda mower my kid picked up a couple of years ago. I welded the left front axle assembly back together and installed the new adjuster levers on both front axels.
