1. Removed wheels
2. removed screws that held front cover on
3. Put new cover on
4. Replaced wheels
5. Put lever knob cover on.

The lever to change the height of the rear wheels broke. We order the new axle and lever. In less the 15 minutes, my husband change it out and I was back mowing the lawn. Works great!
