This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement part is used with walk behind lawn mowers. This is the drive wheel which has plastic gears on the inside. It is designed to be driven by a pinion gear which is sold separately. If the wheel is broken or damaged it should be replaced to ensure smooth ride and consistent cut of the grass. Includes one (1) plastic wheel.

New wheels have teeth that fully engage the drive gear. Replacement was as fast as a tire change at an Indy Race. Now drive great on both wheels which were replaced.

Used a socket to remove the nuts securing the two front wheels on the spindle. Took the old wheels off and installed the new ones., then tightened up the nuts

Remove the nut from the shaft, removed the old tire. Slid the new tire onto the shaft, then tightened the nut on the shaft

Wheels and back door assembly

1. Removed wheel, it has a nut simple socket set will work
2. Replaced wheel with new one. Be careful of the drive covers (mine is self-propelled)
3. Rear door had a broken bracket. Getting it off was easy.
4. The new door did not have the springs so I reused the old ones(cleaned them in oil.)
5. The springs have a straight end and a bent end. They slide off the piece that goes on the pin.
6.The only hitch in this was, the pin the door fits on has to be backed out to get it on.
It takes a star fitting I didn\'t have. My brother works on cars and he had one.
7. Back the pin out. Put the bracket on the side that is still in place. Line up the side you have backed out, screw the pin back in.

Remove the nut from, slide off the axle wheel clean and lube the axle
Slide the new tire on the axle and tighten the nut

Remove the blade bolt and the washers, then the blade
place the blade on the shaft, then the washers and then tighten the blade bolt
