This replacement spring plate is an authentic OEM part which is made for use with Milwaukee power tools. The spring connects to the switch lever allowing it to retract. Over time it may wear out or get damaged eventually requiring a replacement to ensure your tool functions properly. Note, this high-quality spring plate is made of durable metal and is sold individually. You will need a screwdriver to take the tool apart in order to remove the old part and secure the new one.
