Remove power from unit. Turn breaker off, don\'t trust a wall switch to remove power. Use flat screwdriver to pry tabs and swing down glass lens on hinge. Remove two sheet metal screws, that are under lens, using nut driver. This releases reflector/bulb/grill assembly. Lower assembly to reveal two cords with plugs, plugged into a re ceptacle similar to a regular wall type receptacle that you plug lamps, etc into. Unplug both plugs from receptacle. Plastic grill assembly with glass lens still attached will now be free. Remove, do not drop. Glass lens is permanently attached to a thin plastic frame that acts as a hinge. You must GENTLY pry the three hinge pieces (with the glass lens) from the old grill. It is snapped into three slots on the old grill. All is plastic, so be careful not to force too hard. You don\'t want to break the plastic hinges. CAREFULLY snap plastic hinges with glass lens into new plastic grill. Reassemble in reverse order of disassembly. Make sure not to forget to plug lights into receptacle. Turn on power.

Grill, bezel replacement super easy. Parts came in a timely matter and matched perfectly. Vent motor housing was loose so a simple tightening while the grill was off was all that was needed.
