Easy to use, but sometimes hard to find
These rubber dust shields or "closure caps" just slide down over the top of the spline and sds max bits. They keep the concrete dust out of the rotary hammers tool holder or "chuck" as some call it, especially when drilling overhead. A good investment for roto hammer longevity.
