Replacing this part does not require any tools, this knob fits over the regulator shaft. Please note bezel is sold separately. These control knobs are made out of plastic and they are sold in a pack of three (3).

Burner manifold caught on fire.

My Weber 310 Spirit must have had a leak as the manifold was on fire shortly after starting the grill. It then melted all the control knobs, manifold and igniter.

2. Took out all the grates and the flavor bars.
3. Removed the nuts from the holding bracket.
4. Unclipped the holder.
5. Removed old unit.
6. Reassembled using the new parts.
7. Tested.
Gas valve had frozen, reducing desired temperature, and broken thermometer made maintaining the correct temperature difficult

Identified the parts needed from the schematic provide by eReplacement.com.
When the new parts arrived, I simply replaced the parts according to the instruction provided. Very simple to do, and in the process, cleaned and touch up the remainder of the grill for appearance ... Read more and proper operation.
I then started up the grill, and it worked like new. Couldn\'t have been easier. Only wish the gas valve had been available, as this project would have been very cost effective; however, even with the cost of the new manifold, the total cost was still a third (1/3) of what I would spend to replace the grill.

2. Remove igniter box and push button igniter
3. Install new igniter 1 tab 2 bend to hold
4. Install new igniter button, snaps in.
5. Install new cover button frame and outside button in know deck
6. Install know deck 2 screws
7. Install 3 new knobs
