Seals/valves on manifold leaked and caught on fire melting/burning the control knobs
Considering that the knobs had burned/melted into the control panel I had to pry them off the metal. After that it was easy to remove the grates and flavorizor bars to access the bolts to the panel. My Weber 310 Spirit must have had a leak as the manifold was on fire shortly after starting the grill. It then melted all the control knobs, manifold and igniter.
I just removed the old knobs and took off the cover. I then removed the manifold and replaced the parts. Parts all fit well with no issues. I was back up and cooking in 30min.

Bottom panel had rusted out and knobs were weathered.
I replaced the bottom panel and the caster frame assembly in just minutes. The replacement parts fit perfectly. The grill is over ten years old and sat outside for years. Well worth the money!
Removed old burner tubes and manifold. Replaced with new burner tubes and manifold. Replaced burner knobs. Reconnected gas line. Started grill. Pretty seamless and straightforward.
1. Raised the grill up and propped with a jack stand for better access.
2. Took out all the grates and the flavor bars.
3. Removed the nuts from the holding bracket.
4. Unclipped the holder.
5. Removed old unit.
6. Reassembled using the new parts.
7. Tested.

Gas valve had frozen, reducing desired temperature, and broken thermometer made maintaining the correct temperature difficult
Removed the various parts, with a few nuts or screws.
Identified the parts needed from the schematic provide by eReplacement.com.
When the new parts arrived, I simply replaced the parts according to the instruction provided. Very simple to do, and in the process, cleaned and touch up the remainder of the grill for appearance

Only wish the gas valve had been available, as this project would have been very cost effective; however, even with the cost of the new manifold, the total cost was still a third (1/3) of what I would spend to replace the grill.

Replace Weber Silver Igniter, Igniter button, button frame and new burner knobs
1. Remove knobs and knob deck
2. Remove igniter box and push button igniter
3. Install new igniter 1 tab 2 bend to hold
4. Install new igniter button, snaps in.
5. Install new cover button frame and outside button in know deck
6. Install know deck 2 screws
7. Install 3 new knobs
8. Test
