Considering that the knobs had burned/melted into the control panel I had to pry them off the metal. After that it was easy to remove the grates and flavorizor bars to access the bolts to the panel. I unscrewed the control panel from the right side, and bolts holding the manifold in place. From there it was a simple matter of reversing th e procedure with the new parts. 20 minutes after starting I fired her up and made dinner.

My Weber 310 Spirit must have had a leak as the manifold was on fire shortly after starting the grill. It then melted all the control knobs, manifold and igniter.
