Manifold valve was damaged

Took apart about 50% of the grill according to the provided instructions, replaced manifold assembly, then put back together. Be gentle with the burner electrodes and you shouldn\'t have any trouble. Working like a charm.

Fairly easy replacement for somebody that can take something apart and remember how it goes back together. Just need to be careful not to damage the ignitor wires or you will end up having to replace them as well.

1. Removed the shelf under the manifold.
2. Removed the front cover over the manifold.
3. Disconnected the manifold fitting and the supply hose.
4. Removed the screws holding the manifold.
5. Removed the manifold.
6. Installation is in reverse of removal.

Existing manifold leaked propane and blew out the face of the grill and melted the control knob

Removed the exiting faceplate cover, manifold and a few other guards. Installed the new manifold ( which was made better than the original ) , guards and cover in the same manner I removed them - Pushed the new control knob on the manifold stem and grilled some hamburgers, chicken and hot dogs.
