Product Description

This is a genuine OEM assembly sourced directly from the original manufacturer. It is used with Weber propane grills. This part includes a regulator and flexible hose that control the flow of fuel to the manifold. A manifold takes gas from one inlet source and directs it to multiple outlets. The gas then travels to the burners. This part includes ten hardware pieces used for this assembly's installation.

old Weber grill needed new parts

Replaced igniter kit.
Removed knobs and control panel from right side of grill.
Removed old manifold by removing two wingnuts that attach it to cook box.
Removed old burner tubes.
Inserted new burner tubes.
Attached new manifold to burner tubes and secured with wingnuts to cook box.
Replaced control pan el and two old but usable knobs and one new knob.
Removed rusted catch pan holder from grease tray and replaced with new holder.

removed manifold and burner tubes, installed new parts, only problem I had was wire hangers on new manifold were to short. I took hangers off old manifold and used them. the instructions were easy to follow, I now have a nice grill for 1/3 the cost of a new one.

ordered the new manifold, a simple remove and replace because you had the exact factory replacement part i needed. Installation was a breeze ( 15-20 minutes). Instructions were very easy to understand and everything works as if i had a brand new grill.

This was an easy repair, especially with the provided instructions. Just a few screws to remove as well as the propane tank, then put on the new manifold which is providing a more even heat, too.

Repair was extremely simple. Instructions were 100% accurate and I did not need to modify. Grill feels like it is brand new. The new manifold controls feel like the knobs on a display grill model. I am extremely happy and hopefully will get another 10+ years out of it.
