1. I removed the old manifold, and switched it with the new one. Took just a few minutes. The hardest part of this repair was finding the manifold online . My grill is like new again

Gas to burner excessive - flame lifting up on high setting and going out
18 year old Weber 1100, which I diagnosed as having worn gas valves, along with serious corrosion on the gas manifold. Burners had already been replaced, as well as regulator. ... Read morenect is not used anymore. So I took it off and put on the existing regulator and hose. (Be sure to use gas pipe joint compound on the threads if you do this, or gas (yellow) teflon tape.) Love these old Webers - good for another 20 years!
