Thermos Grill Model # 461246804/Char-Broil # 463244404
1. Removed the three cast iron cooking grates (Previously I replaced my two stainless original grates with three cast iron grates)
2. Removed the three stainless burner shields
3. Removed the three cast iron burners
4. Removed the old burner brace from the m ... Read more ain body of the grill, which attaches to the left rear and right rear area. Two screws with nuts on the left & two screws with nuts on the right.
5. Assembled new Burner Brace with carryover Tubes just like the old brace and
did not use the extra burner tubes that were not needed for my Thermos Grill.
6. Re-install* steps 1, 2, 3, & 4 in reverse order
*: Before putting the stuff back it\'s a good time to clean up the crud in the bottom of grill.
