The product is as described. Replacement took no time at all. The order process however, is another story. It did not ship in 1 business day as stated. The product was ordered on a Thursday and did not ship until Tuesday which included a weekend. It sat until the carrier came to pick it up. Further, because of the shipping delay the total delivery time was much longer than anticipated. I will say this, their customer service department did refund the shipping charges which was some consolation. I would recommend re-wording your shipping terms to reflect actual shipping times or work with your carrier to ensure prompt pick up. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Removed the grill grates
Lifted out the old trough
Cleaned the burners with a wire brush and emery paper

Firebox just dropped in! The igniter has a battery in it that you will want to remove. I put a new battery in the new module. I then loosened the plastic nut holding the module to the grill. I placed the new module where the old one was and tightened the plastic nut. I then transferred the wires from the old module to the new one, exchang

Removed the nut from the back of the igniter, disconnected the wires from the back of the igniter, and removed the igniter. Placed the new igniter in the front, Tightened the nut on the back of it, and connected the wires, I used the old wires.
Removed the grates, then the trough. Placed the new trough in and installed the new grate

Just take out the grates. Then the fire box trough lifts out. The burners have pins that just pull out. Remove the tubes. Reverse to install and fire it up.
