To provide a little more background information on what went wrong for us and our machine....The original milk reservoir (the round part that inserted into the machine) looked as though the pin inside that was broken. Thats why I assumed it was the milk reservoir that needed replaced. After I found out that the replacement part didn\'t fix the problem I ended up taking apart the entire machine to see if there was any loose connections or anything that could have gone wrong but sadly couldn\'t find anything.
