It helps to provide a tight fit between connected component allowing them to rotate with minimum friction. If the bushing is damaged or is missing, this will provide an identical replacement for the original hardware that was installed on a new unit. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the proper replacement procedure. Note, one durable metal bushing is included. You will need a wrench set to perform this repair.
