Stripped drive gears. Worn bearings.

Completely disassembled unit. Installed new bearings on new motor shaft using gentle taps with a hammer. Added extra grease to bearings. Replaced brushes. Grease all gears. Reassembled saw. Taking care to align laser.

1.Printed Parts Diagram
2. Removed only screws related to getting access to motor
3. Watched the video on Bearing placement
4. Removed gear to gain access to bearing- Gear was Left-hand Threaded
5. Removed debris from old bearing
6. Re-assembled with new bearing
7. Made sure armature moved freely ... Read more >8. Re-Assembled case
9. Plugged in and Sander Worked fine.
NOTE: Spent too much time looking for Bearing Puller. Keep track of all screws & placements

the larger bearing was bad (squalling) so I replace both of them

Dissembled the router, I removed the brushes and used a bearing puller to remove the bearings. Cleaned the armature up to get the carbon off armature I then put a small amount of 3 in 1 oil on the bearing journals . Reassembled in reverse order pretty straight forward project.
Parts where exact fit! Very good response time.
