Front housing cracked where screwed to the front baffle, then the baffle was pushed into the blade and was shredded.

Had to remove 4 screws, fit the new part and install the 4 screws. Took the opportunity to clean out the pulley assembly while I had it.

Hit a root, which broke the axel and gear box cover by pushing back into the blade. This also required the replacement of front cover assembly.

Tilt the mower on its side with the carburetor facing up. Removed the old parts and screwed on the new. Very simple.
