The components are utilized to ensure tight seals between connected parts, preventing water from leaking past the high-pressure side of the piston. Over time seals will wear out and may begin to crack causing water leaks and eventually requiring replacements. The kit contains the necessary parts to maintain or repair your pump. Make sure to check the owner's manual repair guide and the diagrams of your model for the correct installation of the new components. Keep in mind this pressure seal kit is sold as an individual item. To perform this repair a wrench set and a screwdriver will be necessary to take apart and reassemble the pump.
