Need help finding your model number?It is a genuine OEM brush ring assembly that is specially designed for Homelite generators. As the armature rotates inside the motor housing, electrical current is transferred through carbon brushes. Excessively worn brushes can result in visible arcing, decreased performance, power fluctuations or a total loss of power to the motor. To ensure the proper replacement procedure, refer to the owner's manual and the parts diagrams for your model. Note, two durable carbon brushes with a holder are included. A screwdriver will be needed to take apart and reassemble the housing when performing this repair.
