I lined up the hash marks on the cam gear, then removed the pin and the damaged part, then I installed the new rocker arm. I set the intake and exhaust valve, installed the valve cover. The engine started after only two pulls on the cord.
Remove valve cover and replace rocker arm, adjust valves and reinstall that easy
