1. Removed the old pistol which sprayed water everywhere\'
2. Easily replaced it with new pistol. Just inserted pressure hose into new pistol although sliding lock pin puzzled me for a minute or two.
Just pull the old one off the hose. Put on the new one, and push the retaining clamp in all the way. There isn\'t a lot of information about the change in design for the new handle, but go ahead and order with confidence. It fits.

The plastic tube inside the old pistol grip split open and leaked water. The tube is between the grip hose connection and the grip valve.
1. Bought new pistol grip.
2. Pushed old hose end into new grip, and pushed new retainer (which came with the new grip) into the grip to secure the hose.
The new pistol grip is a different design than my old grip, apparently eliminating the plastic tube inside the grip, or at least shortening the tube\'s length. On my
... Read moreold pistol grip, the hose attached at the bottom of the grip. On the new grip, the hose now attaches above the bottom of the grip, in front of the trigger. The old hose fits into the new grip fine.
1. Removed the nozzle wand (press in and twist) from broken handle.
2. Remove water supply hose from other end of handle(press and twist) from broken handle.
3. Insert end of water supply hose into trigger end of handle(press and twist).
4. Insert nozzle wand into other end(press and twist). Done!

pistol leaked badly (due to, I figure, freezing damage to some interior part.
Put the new handle on the old hose and inserted the retainer clip. This was a slightly different configuration than my old pistol on my K1600 unit, but it fit perfect and my pressure washer works like new. Great job guys and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future. Thanks again!
