This Fuel strainer is an OEM part that is sourced directly from Honda. This part is sold individually and is used to filter the gas of dirt and debris before it enters the engine which can cause the engine to clog. Over time this filter will become clogged itself, therefore, losing its effectiveness in straining the fuel. This part is made of plastic with a foam filter inside.
